Legal services for those states are not offered.

You further agree that JC Leadgen’s marketing partners, lead buyers, service providers, affiliates, and vendors who receive your information as a result of your use of this website are intended third-party beneficiaries of this arbitration agreement and may enforce this arbitration provision to the same extent as JC Leadgen.
This arbitration agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the Federal Arbitration Act and shall survive termination of these Terms and your use of the website.
If any portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, except that if the class action waiver is deemed unenforceable, this arbitration agreement shall be null and void.
